Go2POC Return Policy

Go2POC wants our customers to be happy with our products and service. Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to return or exchange your portable oxygen concentrator within 30 days of receipt of unit.We strongly encourage you to immediately inspect and use your new concentrator to make sure that it meets your needs.

When your unit arrives: 

Inspect the package immediately and unpack your new portable oxygen concentrator. We test every unit before it leaves our warehouse, but sometimes units do arrive either damaged or defective. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately. If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify and work with the shipping company within 48 hours. We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours after your unit arrives to let us know.

0 – 3 days after arrival - 100% refund 
It is unlikely, but if you decided that the unit you purchased isn’t for you we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping costs) for all new units if you notify us within the first 3 days. During those 3 days, we encourage you to pick up, pull, carry, examine, and test-run your unit (for fewer than 10 hours).

We can’t sell a unit as new if it has been damaged or has more than 10 hours outside the factory, the 100% customer satisfaction is only valid if you contact us within the first 3 days and the unit:

  • Remains in unused / like new condition including all packaging.

  • Has not been used in a smoke-filled environment.

  • Has been run less than 10 hours.

Please contact our customer support department at 833-POC4YOU to obtain a required return authorization number. You must pay for return shipping costs. Please insure the return shipment for the full value.

4 - 30 days after arrival
If you determine between 4 days and 30 days after you receive the unit that you would like to return it, please contact our customer support at 833-POC4YOU and they will assist you with either an exchange or will provide you with a required return authorization number. Please understand that any unit used over 10 hours is considered used, and therefore the refund will be calculated upon the unit’s "used" value. The restocking fee for units returned between days 4 and 30 is 25%. Please contact our customer support at 833-POC4YOU. All returns require a return authorization. You must pay for return shipping costs. Please insure the return shipment for the full value.

After 30 days: 
Unfortunately, after 30 days we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Portable oxygen concentrators and stationary concentrators carry a manufacturer warranty. If your concentrator malfunctions, call our office at 1-833-762-4968 to verify the concentrator is still under warranty. If so, a respiratory specialist will arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Warranty claim decisions are the solely at the discression of the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping the concentrator to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken concentrator can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. 

Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the concentrator repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before concentrator is repaired), or purchase a new concentrator at current prices displayed on the website.

Email Addresses

Email Addresses are not shared, bought, or sold via our site or our data management system. Your email address is primarily used to communicate the status of your order. We may use your email address to send promotional information and keep you informed of changes to our website. These emails can easily be unsubscribed by clicking the appropriate link within the footer of the emails.

CANCELED ORDERS

If an order is canceled during normal business hours on the same business day the order was placed, a refund will be given that day. If an order is canceled after the close of normal business hours, a refund will be given within 24 business hours. Special orders are not eligible for cancelation or refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

PRESCRIPTION POLICY

Go2 POC requires a prescription for every Portable Oxygen Concentrator and Stationary Oxygen Concentrator purchased.

What should be on the prescription?

Patients first and last name
Doctor's name and office address
Patient's Liters Per Minute (LPM).

A copy of the prescription must be faxed to (TBD) before we will ship your concentrator. Please contact us directly if you are having difficulty obtaining a prescription.

*Prescriptions are NOT required to be sent for replacement parts, filters, or any product on the website without a prescription required field.

Other Information


Traditionally, Portable Oxygen and Stationary Oxygen are dispensed by local providers who accept insurance as payment. Consumer choice of equipment through local providers is limited. The Go2POC business model is cash up front in exchange for oxygen equipment. The consumer makes their choice of equipment and purchases the equipment with their own money.
